DECLARING FRIDAY, 5 DECEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS, the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija shall celebrate its 49" Foundation Day anniversary on Friday, 5 December 2014;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 5 December 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija. ,
