BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 916

DECLARING MONDAY, 16 MARCH 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAVAO

WHEREAS, on 16 March 2020, Monday, the City of Davao will mark the celebration of its Parada Dabawenyo in relation to the 2020 Araw ng Dabaw; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Davao be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, !I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 16 March 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Davao.
