BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 917

DECLARING MONDAY, JUNE 15, 1992, AS A SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY.

WHEREAS, Monday, June 15, 1992, marks the 42nd Charter Day of Cagayan de Oro City; and

WHEREAS, the people of Cagayan de Oro City should be given’ full opportunity to commemorate this historic occasion with fitting activities.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philip- pines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, June 15, 1992, as a special non-working holiday in Cagayan de Oro City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
