MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 917 DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2005 AS SPECIAL WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OFTACURONG (NON- WHEREAS, Sunday, September 18, 2005, marks the 5th Cityhood Anniversary of the City of Tacurong; WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Tacurong celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Monday, September 19, 2005 be declared as special (non-working) day instead of September 8, 2005, which falls on a Sunday; WHEREAS; it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tacurong be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city's history with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, September 19, 2005 as special (non-working) day in the City of Tacurong.
