PROCLAMATION NO. 917

DECLARING MONDAY, 23 JUNE 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on 23 June 2025, Monday, the City of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte will mark the celebration of its 18° Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batac be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 23 June 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte.
