PROCLAMATION NO. 919

DECLARING FRIDAY, JUNE 19, 1992, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF LAGUNA AND IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO

WHEREAS, June 19, 1992, marks the 131st birthday of o) Dr. Jose Rizal, our national hero;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the residents of Laguna, his birthplace, should be given full opportunity to celebrate the day with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, June 19, 1992, a special day in the Province of Laguna and in the City of San Pablo.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
