PROCLAMATION NO. 92

AUTHORIZING THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE BLIND, INC. TO CONDUCT AN EDUCATIONAL AND FUND-RAISING CAMPAIGN DURING THE PERIOD APRIL 1, 1987 TO MARCH 31, 1988

4 WHEREAS, the General Assembly of the Blind, Inc. is a non-profit organization engaged in various training programs for the blind;

WHEREAS , the Assembly seeks to establish a modern training center for the blind and accordingly needs funds to attain this objective;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the General Assembly of the Blind, Inc. to conduct an educational and fund-raising campaign during the period April 1, 1987 to March 31, 1988.

I call upon all citizens and residents of the Philippines, irrespective of race or creed, to support this humanitarian “endeavor by giving generously of their means.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and

caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
