BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 92

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 07 DECEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VIRAC, PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES

WHEREAS, on 07 December 2022, Wednesday, the Municipality of Virac, Province of Catanduanes, will mark the celebration of the Kaaldawan nin Virac;

WHEREAS it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Viarc be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 07 December 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Virac, Province of Catanduanes.
