PROCLAMATION NO. 923

DECLARING SATURDAY, JUNE 20, 1992, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF COTABATO a

WHEREAS, “Saturday, June 20, t992, marks the 33rd Foundation Anniversary of the City of Cotabato; and .

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Cotabato should be given full opportunity: to celebrate the day with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philip- pines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Saturday, June 20,- 1992, as a special day in the City of Cotabato.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
