BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 923

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 18 MARCH 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MASBATE

WHEREAS, on 18 March 2020, Wednesday, the Province of Masbate will mark the celebration of its 119" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Masbate be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; '

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 18 March 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Masbate.
