DECLARING AS RESERVATION FOR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN AS DESCRIBED ON

FMB MAP-NO. SITUATED IN GENERAL SANTOS CITY, PHILIPPINES

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the power vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines do hereby set aside a Reservation for International Airport site purposes under the management of the Department of Transportation and Communications/Bureau of Air Transportation a parcel of land of the public domain under Cotabato Project No. 47-C, Block A, Timberland LC Map No. . 1756 situated in the Barangay of Fatima, City of General Santos, Island of Mindanao, which parcel is more particularly described as follows, to wit:

There is hereby excluded from the operation of this proclamation a strip of 20 meters in width from the highest bank on each side of any stream © for stream bank protection..

The utilization of forest trees within the area so proclaimed shall

; remain to be under the power and authority of the Department of

. Environment and Natural Resources in accordance with the existing forestry rules and regulations. °

The area shall automatically revert to its former status as timberland in the event that the same is no longer needed by the International Airport.
