:Jf1alacaftang. .:fI!1anila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.9 25 RESERVING AS A SCHOOL SITE FOR PURPOSES OF CONSTRUCTION OF SCHOOL BUILDINGS, TEACHERS' DORMITORY, AND OTHER PUBLIC PURPOSES, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF GOVERNMENT LAND LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF NUMANCIA AND URBIZTONDO STREETS, BINONDO, MANILA Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve and declare as a school site for purposes of construction of school buildings, teachers' dormitory, and for other public purposes, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Land Act (C.A. 141), as amended, and the Administrative Code of 1987 a certain parcel of government land located at the corner of Numancia and Urbiztondo Streets, Binondo, Manila, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to actual ground survey, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: LOT 1-C, Csd-O4-001474-D A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1-C, Csd-00-001474, portion of Lot 1, Block 1862, Cad 13, Manila Cadastre), located at corner of Numancia and Urbiztondo Streets, Binondo, Manila. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by N:Jmancia Street; on the No, & NE., along line 2-3 by Urbiztondo Street; along lines 3-4-5-6 By Elcano Street, on the SE" Qlong lines 6-7-8 by Lot 4; on the SE., along line 8-9 by Lot 3; on the SE" along lines 9-10- 11-12-13-14-15-16 by Lot 2, all of Block 1862, Cad-13, on the NE" along iii1e 16-17 boy' Dasmarinas and Prensa Streets, on the 5., along line 17-18 by Lot 1-B of the subdivision plan; on the NW" along line 18-1 by Numancia Street. The DENR-NCR shall supervise the conduct of the boundary survey of the proclaimed area. The area proclaimed herein shall be under the administration of the City Government of Manila; Provided, That the administration of the .school buildings and teachers' dormitory constructed therein sha11 be done in coordination with the Department of Education. An inter-agency committee is hereby created, with the Mayor of the City Government of Manila as Chair, and representatives from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and Department of Education as members,. to formulate the implementing rules and regulations of this proclamation.
