.' ~, MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES '" PROCLAMATION NO.9 2 6 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 10 DECEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON­ WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MEYCAUAYAN, BULACAN WHEREAS, the City of Meycauayan, Bulacan marks the celebration of its "Araw ng Lungsod ng Meycauayan" on Wednesday, 10 December 2014; .WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Meycauayan, Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, 10 December 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Meycauayan, Bulacan.
