BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 926

DECLARING FRIDAY, 20 MARCH 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PROVINCE OF LA UNION

WHEREAS, on 20 March 2020, Friday, the City of San Fernando, Province of La Union, will mark the celebration of its Cityhood Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Fernando be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 20 March 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Fernando, Province of La Union.
