PROCLAMATION NO. 927

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JULY 1, 1992, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE

WHEREAS, Wednesday, July 1, 1992, marks the 32nd Charter Anniversary of the Province of Southern Leyte;

WHEREAS, the residents in the said province should be afforded an opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their province's history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, July 1, 1992, as a special day in the Province of Southern Leyte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and

caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
