BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES ‘PROCLAMATION NO. 927

DECLARING MONDAY, 08 DECEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, the City of Cotabato marks the celebration of its “Unity Day” on

. Monday, 08 December 2014;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cotabato be given full opportunity to participate in and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by

‘authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Monday, 08

December 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Cotabato.
