BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 927

DECLARING SATURDAY, 21 MARCH 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALAPAN, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, on 21 March 2020, Saturday, the City of Calapan, Province of Oriental Mindoro, will mark the celebration of its 22" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper, that the people of the City of Calapan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the Presidentt RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 21 March 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Calapan, Province of Oriental Mindoro.
