PROCLAMATION NO. 928

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JULY 1, 1992, AS. A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF DIPOLOG

WHEREAS," Wednesday, July 1, 1992, marks the 79th Charter Anniversary of Dipolog City;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Dipolog City be given the opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their history; ,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, July 1, 1992, as a special day in Dipolog City. :

caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
