BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 928

DECLARING THURSDAY, 18 DECEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO

WHEREAS, the City of Tuguegarao marks the celebration of its 15" Charter Day anniversary on Thursday, 18 December 2014;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, 18 December 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao.
