BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 929

DECLARING TUESDAY, 23 DECEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAYAWAN, NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 23 December 2014, marks the 14" Charter Day anniversary of the City of Bayawan, Negros Oriental;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bayawan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO lil, do hereby declare Tuesday, 23 December 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Bayawan, Negros Oriental.
