ESTABLISHING AS BUYOG WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE FOR PURPOSES OF PROTECTING, MAINTAINING, OR IMPROVING ITS WATER YIELD AND PROVIDING RESTRAINING MECHANISM FOR INAPPRO- PRIATE FOREST EXPLOITATION AND DISRUPTIVE LAND-USE, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOIN SITUATED IN RESIDENCE SECTION "K", BAGUIO CITY, PROVINCE OF BENGUET, ISLAND OF LUZON, PHILIPPINES Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environement and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDE V.
