PROCLAMATION NO. 93

DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 2001, AS A SPECIAL NON- WORKING DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA

WHEREAS, Monday, September 3, 2001, marks the 33" Charter Foundation Anniversary of the City of Iriga;

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Iriga should be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, September 3, 2001, as a special non-working day in the City of Iriga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
