BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 930 DECLARING FRIDAY, OCTOBER WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COTABATO 21, 2005, AS MUNICIPALITY I SPECIAL (NON-OF PIGCAWAYAN, WHEREAS, Friday, October 21, 2005, marks the 52nd Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Province of Cotabato; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Province of Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipality's history with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-:ARROYO, do hereby declare, Friday, October 21, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Province of Cotabato.
