BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 931

DECLARING TUESDAY, 31 MARCH 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SIPALAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 31 March 2020, Tuesday, the City of Sipalay, Province of Negros Occidental, will mark the celebration of its 19" Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Sipalay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 31 March 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Sipalay, Province of Negros Occidental.
