BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 938

DECLARING FRIDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN PASAY CITY

WHEREAS, Friday, December 2, 2005, marks the 142” Foundation Day anniversary of Pasay City;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Pasay City be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, December 2, 2005, as special (non-working) day in Pasay City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused: the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
