WHEREAS, the City of San Pablo marks the celebration of the 20"

Coconut Festival and Street Dancing Competition (Mardi Gras) on 15 January 2015; 7

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
