DECLARING FRIDAY, 16 JANUARY 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF NAVOTAS
WHEREAS, the City of Navotas marks the commemoration of its 109" Foundation Day anniversary on Friday, 16 January 2015; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of
Navotas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
