DECLARING TUESDAY, 20 JANUARY 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, the City of Tarlac marks the celebration of the 4" Melting Pot Festival on Tuesday, 20 January 2015, with the theme “Tuloy and Pag- unlad sa Masiglang Siyudad;” 3

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Itl, do hereby declare Tuesday, 20 January 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.
