PROCLAMATION NO. 942

DECLARING TUESDAY, 19 MAY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BUTUAN

WHEREAS, on 19 May 2020, Tuesday, the City of Butuan will mark the celebration of the Balanghai Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Butuan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 19 May 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Butuan.
