BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 943 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 23, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET WHEREAS, Wednesday, November 23, 2005, marks the foundation day anniversary of the Province of Benguet; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Benguet be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their province's history with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, November 23, 2005, as special (non'-working) day in the Province of Benguet. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republlc of the Philippines to be affixed.
