MALACANANG I Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 946 DECLARING THURSDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAINTA, PROVINCE OF RIZAL WHEREAS, Thursday, December 1, 2005, Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Cainta; 434th celeb~ates the WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal, be' given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with, appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, December 1, 2005 as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cainta, Province of Riza1, IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Phi,lippines to be affixed.
