DECLARING MONDAY, 26 JANUARY 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CADIZ

WHEREAS, Monday, 26 January 2015, marks the celebration of the Dinagsa Festival of the City of Cadiz;

WHEREAS, it is“but fitting and proper that the people of the City of

‘Cadiz be given full Opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do

hereby declare Monday, 26 January 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Cadiz.
