BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.947 DECLARING MONDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2005 AS WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO SPECIAL (NON- WHEREAS, Sunday, DecemQer 18, 2005, marks the 6th Charter Day Anniversary of the City of Tuguegarao; WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Tuguegarao celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Tuguegarao requested that Monday, December 19, 2005 be declared as special (non-working) dayinstead of December 18, 2005, which falls on a Sunday; WHEREAS, ,tt~,is-"but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given mil opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city's history with appropriate ceremonies.
