BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 948 DECLARING TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 2005 AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SARANGANI WHEREAS Monday, November 28, 2005, marks the Foundation Day Anniversary of the Province of Sar.angani; WHEREAS, to enable the people of the PrOvince of Sarangani celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Provincial Governor requested that Tuesday, November 29, 2005' be declared as special (non-working) day instead of November 28, 2005, which is a non-working day; WHEREAS, it is but fitting an-d proper that the people of the Province of Sarangani be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their'province's history with apprQprjte ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, MA. MERCEDITAS N.
