PROCLAMATION NO. 948

' DECLARING THURSDAY, 10 JULY 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 10 July 2025, Thursday, the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna will mark the celebration of its 215t Cityhood Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santa Rosa be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare

Thursday, 10 July 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna.
