DECLARING TUESDAY, 10 FEBRUARY 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LAOAG

WHEREAS, the City of Laoag marks the celebration of the Pamulinawen Festival and the “Laoag City Day’ on Tuesday, 10 February 2015;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proger-that the people of the City of Laoag be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
