SEGREGATING CERTAIN AREA FROM THE PARCEL OF LAND COVERED BY TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 142162 SITUATED IN PASAY CITY, METRO MANILA REGISTERED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT IN THE NAME OF THE MANILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY (MIAA) AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION AS THE SITE OF THE MIAA EMPLOYEES HOUSING PROJECT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3038, IN RELATION TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT (COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 141 AS AMENDED)

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby segregate certain areas from the parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 142162, situated in Pasay City, Metro Manila, registered in accordance with the provisions of the Land Registration Act in the name of the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) and declaring the same open to disposition as the site of the MIAA Employees Housing Project in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 3038, in relation to the provisions of the Public Land Act (C.A. No. 141, as amended).

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

A parcel of land being a portion of Lot 3270-B-3-A-2-J, SWO-00-001755 covered by TCT No. 142162, LRC Rec. No. 2484, situated in the Barangay Villamor Air Base, Pasay City, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the North by Road Lot 3270-B-3-A-2-F (Merville Road); North-North East: by South Luzon Express Road (SLEX); South- Southwest: by Cad. 299, Parafiaque Cadastre.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 62 deg. 06’W., 4833.10 m. from BLLM # 1, Mcadm-590-D, Taguig, Cadastral Mapping.

beginning, containing an area of TWENTY TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR (22,954) SQUARE METERS, more or less.

Such part or parts of the area herein declared open for disposition under Act. No. 3038, in relation to the provisions of the Public Land Act, as amended, which are being used or earmarked for public or quasi-public purposes shall be excluded from such disposition. Existing roads or proposed roads within the area shall conform with the provisions of Executive Order No. 113, series of 1995.

The boundary of the proclaimed area is subject to final survey.

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, National Capital Region, shall conduct or supervise the actual boundary survey and subdivision survey of the proclaimed area. In the execution of the subdivision survey of the proclaimed area, open spaces for parks, playgrounds, barangay hall, school site and sufficient roads and alleys for the convenience of the residents thereat shall be strictly provided.

The housing project referred to herein shall be administered by the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) and, for this purpose, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources shall provide assistance in the disposition of homelots to qualified officials and employees of the MIAA and its bureaus, offices and agencies.
