BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 95

DECLARING THURSDAY, 17 NOVEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF AROROY, PROVINCE OF MASBATE

WHEREAS, on 17 November 2022, Thursday, the Municipality of Aroroy, Province of Masbate will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Aroroy be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 17 November 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Aroroy, Province of Masbate.
