DECLARING THURSDAY, 12 FEBRUARY 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, Thursday, 12 February 2015 marks the 17" Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Kidapawan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kidapawan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. .

_ NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Thursday, 12 February 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Kidapawan.
