PROCLAMATION NO, 951 y

DECLARING TUESDAY, 24 FEBRUARY 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 24 February 2015, marks the commemoration of the Charter/Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay; ;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, !, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Il, do hereby declare Tuesday, 24 February 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
