WHEREAS, Tuesday, January 10, 2006, marks the 66th Foundation Day Anniversary of the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the peop!e of the City of Koronadal be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriateceremonies.
