DECLARING THURSDAY, 5 FEBRUARY 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BINAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 9427 dated 10 April 2007 declared February 5 of every year a special working holiday in the Municipality of Bifan, Province of Laguna, to be known as Bifian Liberation Day,

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Bihan to celebrate the occasion, the Mayor requested that 5 February 2015 be declared as a special non-working day in celebration of its 70" Liberation Dav

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Thursday, 5 February 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Bihan, Province of Laguna.
