BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 954

DECLARING THURSDAY, 11 JUNE 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, on 11 June 2020, Thursday, the Province of Rizal will mark the celebration of its 119"" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Rizal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 11 June 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Rizal.
