DECLARING FRIDAY, 27 FEBRUARY 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS

WHEREAS, Friday, 27 February 2015, marks the commemoration of the 76" Foundation Day anniversary and the 26" Kalilangan Festival of the City of General Santos;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare

Friday, 27 February 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.
