PROCLAMATION NO. 956

DECLARING SATURDAY, 30 AUGUST 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ARAKAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 30 August 2025, Saturday, the Municipality of Arakan, Province of Cotabato will mark the celebration of its 34° Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Arakan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 30 August 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Arakan, Province of Cotabato.
