BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 957

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 11 FEBRUARY 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA

WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 11 February 2015, the City of lriga marks

the celebration of the Tinagba Festival, an ancient Bicolano First-Harvest Offering;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iriga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive — Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do

hereby declare Wednesday, 11 February 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga.
