PROCLAMATION NO. 958

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 23 JULY 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATANGAS, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 23 July 2025, Wednesday, the City of Batangas, Province of Batangas will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batangas be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 23 July 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Batangas, Province of Batangas.
