• MALACANANG .Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 959 RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBUC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY CARALLANGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF ALCALA, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON AS SITE OF THE CARALLANGAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by the law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Cara1tangan Elementary School, under the administration of the Department of Education, a certain parcel of land of the public domain containing an area of THIRTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWELVE (13,312) SQUARE METERS, more or less, situated at Barangay Carallangan, Municipality of Alcala, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is now particularly described as follows: Lot No. 6694, Pls-497 (CARALLANGAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL) .A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 6694, Pls-497), situated atCarallangan, Municipality of Alcala, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon.
