PROCLAMATION NO. 9°9

DECLARING FRIDAY, 01 AUGUST 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JOSE ABAD SANTOS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 01 August 2025, Friday, the Municipality of Jose Abad Santos, Province of Davao Occidental will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Jose Abad Santos be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 01 August 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Jose Abad Santos, Province of Davao Occidental.
