THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 960 CREATING AND DESIGNATING THE MANGO SQUARE BUILDING- SITUATED ALONG MAXILON AVENUE CORNER JUANA OSMENA STREET, CEBU CITY, ISLAND OF CEBU, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY BUILDING PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO.7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748. Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PElA), I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create and designate as Information Technology Building subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolutions Nos. 00-411 and 04-291 dated 29 December 2000 and 20 September 2004 respectively,.of the PEZA Board of Directors, the Mango Square building, which stands on a 13,662-square meter lot, more or less, located along Maxilon Avenue corner Juana Osmena Street, Cebu City, as defined by the following technical descriptions: LOT 856-A-l TCT T -20511 A parcel of land (Lot No. 856-A-l of the amendment and subdivision p!an Fls-119 Amd., being a portion of Lot 856-A described on plan Fls-119,' GLRC Records No. 5988), situated in the Barrio of Fuente Osmena, City of Cebu (formerly Municipality of Cebu), Province o.f Cebu, Island of Cebu.
